The Macdonald's were right. . .

. . .you should never trust a Campbell

Us Davidsons haven't trusted a Campbell since the Battle of Invernahoven in 1370. And this one looks like one of the most untrustworthy.

I heard Alistair Campbell speaking in Oxford a few years ago (after his departure from Downing Street.)

The first thing that surprised me about him was that he came across as being not very intelligent.

He also answered every question with "Now look" or "listen" (as did Tony Blair.) I wonder who picked up on the others speaking habits?

Oh - and when questioned about anything to do with his own conduct or other Labour hirelings who went under a cloud, like Jo "a good day to bury bad news" Moore, he became quite unhinged.

A deeply unpleasant man who has tainted British politics for years to come.

Wise man Rich!

LL, like you I find him deeply disturbing. The arrogance knows no bounds and his frankly distorted view of Bliar can be justified only by the view that Campbell is seeking yet more gainful employment from the billionaire (former) Great Leader..
