Gordon Brown and the Tipping Point

The tipping point is defined as an event of a previously rare phenomenon becoming rapidly and dramatically more common. Well it seems like the tipping point of journalists and commentators ranging themselves against Gordon Brown is rapidly approaching. There were once few voices raised in protest against him; other than those saying he wasn't very funny or warm or other cuddly things that shouldn't really bother a politician. Now it's calls on his competence, his intellect, his judgement, his leadership - his just about anything. He's fast approaching that point from which recovery in the minds of the voters and public will be impossible. Even his own party are looking increasingly worried.

Yes, that's true. His only hope is when you look at the alternative...
