Small Really Is Beautiful

So Alex Salmond has been elected First Minister by 49 votes to 46. The Tories and LibDems abstained. In his speech the Salmon kept up a proud tradition begun by the departed Joker. We've gone from 'the best small country in the world' as JM loved to put it, to 'We're a small nation but we've got a big future.' In his speech the Joker quoted Voltaire and said he was "proud to lead the largest opposition party that the Scottish Parliament had ever had." Is that a not many dead type statement or what? Who writes this bollocks!
