Is It Goodbye From Him and Hello from Him?
Tony Blair's farewell tour continues. The cost of his trip to Libya, Sierra Leone and South Africa is £370,000 in air travel alone. Add to this civil servants, hotels, Cherie's hairdresser et all and we must be talking close to £500,000. What's it all about Tony? Is it just for your ego? Surely this is daft. He's out of here, it does nothing for our image abroad, there's no serious politics going on and is it right that taxpayers money be used in this way. How long before 'Courage' Brown climbs aboard his own BA jet and starts travelling around the world to say hello.

I saw a book while I was in London this week called how to reduce your carbon footprint (or something like that)......it's all getting rather daft!
