Could the Boy Band Really Be Prime Minister?

I just dropped into Iain Dale's blog to find a story that seems to indicate that David 'Boy Band' Milliband's plans are well advanced in his leadership bid. Iain cites a story from PR Week as his source. Tell me this isn't true? Surely if Labour were to oust The Broon there's no way they could shoehorn in a new unelected leader, is there? What's more it's scarcely credible that such an uninspiring character as Milliband could be the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Tell me it's not possible, please? His alternately grinning and studious face makes the whole idea a non-starter. . . and that's just for starters. Can you imagine him leading anything other than a balloon debate in the 6th form common room?

Have politics really become so devalued?

This is assuming that he isn't squashed before then....

I think exhaustion might get to him first.

The incipient paralysis of one side of his face clearly reveals that he is experiencing an inwardly directed suppressed inferiority syndrome...

Welshcakes...it could so easily be. Lakelander, that's great!

Dreamy, we can but hope. He displays a great deal of exterior inferiority every time he speaks.
