Holyrood We Still Have A Problem

Three years ago, just 8 per cent of people thought that the Scottish parliament had achieved "a lot" since its creation in 1999. Now these figures have increased to 20 per cent, according to the Progressive Scottish Opinion survey. A further 52% believe the parliament has achieved "a little," while 12 per cent believe it has achieved nothing at all. Three years ago 49% believed it had achieved a little

And this is supposed to represent the public's faith "bouncing back" according to the Scotsman.
